Veridamé (Veridame LLC) publishes this Legal Notice to clarify how certification seals, product information, and brand relationships should be understood on this store. This notice supplements our Terms of Service and does not replace manufacturer labeling or applicable law.
Curator and manufacturer roles. Veridame LLC curates and sells products through this storefront. Manufacturers and brand owners are responsible for manufacturing, product formulation, and the accuracy of their own labeling and marketing claims. Veridame LLC does not independently laboratory-test every product for every claim shown on third-party seals or brand materials.
Certification and seal scope. When a certification mark or seal appears on our site or in a collection, it indicates that the product or brand has been associated with that program under the certifier’s stated criteria, based on information available to Veridame LLC at the time of merchandising. Seals do not mean a product is safe or effective for every person or every use, and they do not remove the need for ordinary shopping judgment or professional advice where appropriate.

Third-party marks and truthful presentation. Certification marks, brand names, and related logos remain the property of their respective owners. Veridame LLC presents them for identification and merchandising purposes and does not claim that Veridame LLC is the certifier or that Veridame LLC independently verified every certifier finding.
Material commercial relationship. Veridame LLC is a retailer. We may receive commercial benefits from selling products that carry third-party certifications or brand claims. Those relationships do not convert seal language into a personal guarantee by Veridame LLC.
