Veridamé (Veridame LLC) operates this online store and website. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our storefront, related services, and purchases made through this site. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Orders and pricing. An order is an offer to purchase. Veridame LLC may accept, decline, or cancel an order before shipment, including for availability, pricing, or error-correction reasons. Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change. If we discover a material pricing or availability error after you place an order, we will contact you and offer to proceed at the corrected terms or cancel for a refund of amounts paid for the affected items. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable and may vary by destination.
Shipping and fulfillment. Veridame LLC uses a hybrid fulfillment model. Some items ship from Veridame LLC-managed inventory, and others ship from third-party brand or vendor fulfillment locations. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages. Shipping timing, delay notices, and related procedures are set out in our Shipping Policy, which controls for shipping matters.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations. Return eligibility, final-sale exceptions, return shipping fees, restocking fees, cancellation of unfulfilled items, and refund processing are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which controls for those matters. Nothing in these Terms is intended to contradict that policy.
Product information. Product descriptions, certifications, and related content are for general informational and shopping purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment guidance.
