Shipping policy

Veridamé (Veridame LLC) uses a hybrid fulfillment model. Some items ship directly from Veridame LLC-managed inventory, while others ship from third-party brand or vendor fulfillment locations.

Shipping timing. If a specific processing or shipping timeframe is shown on a product page, in your cart, or at checkout, that timeframe is based on our current operational expectations. If no specific timeframe is stated, orders will be shipped within 30 days after receipt of a properly completed order, unless we notify you of a delay and offer you the option to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

Split shipments. Multi-item orders may be fulfilled by different sources and may arrive in separate packages. Delivery timing can vary by item, fulfillment source, carrier, and destination.

Shipping charges. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping-related charges can vary by destination and order contents.

Delays. If we learn that we cannot ship within the timeframe stated at purchase, or within 30 days when no timeframe is stated, we will notify you and provide the option to accept the revised shipping timing or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a prompt refund.

Scope. These shipping terms are intended for our current United States customer market. Carrier or destination restrictions may apply in specific cases.
