Application
To apply eyeshadow, start with a clean and moisturized face. Wipe eyelids of any oil to ensure that skin is dry and oil free. If you are using an eyelid primer, apply the primer to the clean eyelid and then apply the eyeshadow of your choice on top. If no primer is used, then directly apply the eyeshadow to a clean and oil free eyelid.
